California Dreaming: Molloy’s Moses Brown Commits to UCLA

After months of speculation, Archbishop Molloy center Moses Brown accepted an offer to attend the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) on a full athletic scholarship, the Catholic high school wrote on Instagram.

Brown, who was a five-star college recruit, will get a chance to grow into his seven-foot-two-inch frame and develop at a program that’s been historically good.

The Bruins have won 11 NCAA Championships in their history, more than any other college. But they haven’t won one since 1995.

Brown, a McDonald’s All-American, will finish out his high school hoops career, hoping to help the Stanners win the CHSAA Championship and capture the New York State title.
