Pensacola State sophomore guard Shawndarius Cowart announced on Twitter today that Division-I Hofstra University has made him an offer.
Cowart, a two-star recruit who attended Pensacola High School in Pensacola, Florida, now has a total of five D-I offers, including Southeastern Louisiana, Wichita State, Louisiana–Monroe and Grambling State. All the schools have a medium interest in Cowart, according to VerbalCommits.com.
The six-foot-two, 160-pound Cowart averaged 12 points per game, 8.3 rebounds per game, and 4.1assits per game as a Pirate freshman.
