
Six-foot-two-inch guard Justin Figueroa, a former basketball player at Medgar Evers College Prep in Brooklyn, has transferred to Division-II Clayton State University (Morrow, Georgia) from D-II Georgian Court State (Lakewood, New Jersey), he Tweeted yesterday.
Figueroa enjoyed a solid sophomore season, scoring 227 points for an average of 19.0 points with the Clayton State Lions in the 2019-20 season where he spent two years at the college as a student-athlete.
The 168-pounder went to the Knox School, an independent college preparatory institution on the North Shore of Long Island in St. James, New York, for a post-grad year before entering college.
Figueroa graudated from Medgar Evers in 2017.
