St. Thomas Aquinas (Edison, N.J.) rising junior Jaquan Harris has received an offer from the Division-I University of Illinois Men’s Basketball program, he announced of Twitter today while other media outlets confirmed on social media.
The six-foot-four point guard enjoyed a tremendous sophomore season, as he drained 389 points, collected 113 rebounds, and dished out 140 assists in the 2019-20 season for the Trojans.
Previous to his sophomore year, Harris attended the Patrick School in Hillside, New Jersey, where he posted 40 points and grabbed 12 boards as a freshman.
Many high school basketball insiders consider Harris to be one of the best point guards in the Garden State and should be included among tops in the nation as he gets older.
Harris plays AAU hoops for the renowned New York Jayhawks program. He also suited up for the New Jersey Bulldogs
