Avon Old Farms (CT) forward Jason Schofield has received an offer from Division I Stony Brook Men’s Basketball program, yesterday VerbalCommits.com and Andrew Slater Tweeted.
The Stony Brook hoops’ offer is the first for the 6-foot-8, 205-pound Poughkeepsie, N.Y., native.
Schofield, who played for Lourdes boys basketball, also suits up the AAU PSA Cardinals basketball program.
The Stony Brook Sea Wolves posted a 9-14 overall record and went 7-9 in American East Conference play this past season.
