Rutgers Prep, Exodus NYC’s GiGi Battle Earns Arkansas Hoops Offer


Exodus NYC 16U EYBL and rising Rutgers Prep sophomore GiGi Battle has earned a Division I University of Arkansas Womens’ basketball offer, yesterday she Tweeted.

Additionally, Battle, who played on the 16U United States of America Basketball Junior National (USABJN) trials team in May, holds offers from Penn State, Syracuse. Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Maryland, Auburn, Northwestern, Princeton, Boston College and George Washington, per her mother, Tanya.

Battle, one of 10 14-year-olds in the nation on the aforementioned USABJN squad, dropped in 297 points, grabbed 172 rebounds and made 50 steals in 30 games during the 2022-23 NJ high school campaign.

The Razorbacks posted a 24-13 overall record and went 7-9 in Southeast Conference (SEC) this past season.
