Rising senior guard Iyanna Cotten of Franklin High School and the AAU New Jersey Panthers has received an offer from Division II Assumption University Women’s basketball program, yesterday she Tweeted.
The 5-foot-8 Cotten also holds an offer from D1 Saint Peter’s University, per her Twitter account.
Cotten has been described as a three-level scorer, expectational defender and someone who creates plays on the hardwood. Plus, she holds an impressive 3.8 GPA.
Additionally, Cotten drained a team-best 319 points and made 69 steals, also tops on the Warriors. She added 133 rebounds and 84 assists in 25 games in the 2022-23 campaign.
The Greyhounds posted a 27-6 overall record and went 16-4 in Northeast 10 Conference action this past season.
