Class of 2024 South Shore and New Heights NYC guard Yahmani McKayle has verbally committed to Division I Umass Women’s basketball program, today NYG Hoops Tweeted.
McKayle averaged 12.00 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game in five contests during the PSAL regular season and 13.4 points, 2.8 boards and 2.8 helpers per tilt in the playoffs while helping the Vikings capture their seventh consecutive PSAL title.
UMass posted a 27-7 record and went 13-3 Atlantic 10 Conference in the 2022-23 campaign.
