Brooklyn Collegiate’s Prince Oviawe Commits to D1 JUCO Southeastern Community College Hoops


Former Brooklyn Collegiate guard Prince Oviawe has verbally committed to Southeastern Community College (Iowa) Men’s basketball team, a top D1 JUCO program, today his high school hoops program Tweeted.

Prince Oviawe headed to Southeastern Community College Men’s basketball in the fall.

The 6-foot-3 Oviawe averaged 15 points and 8.5 rebound per game in 14 PSAL regular season contests. He added 11.8 points and 8.4 boards per tilt in five playoff games. He also held an offer from Dodge City Community College.

The Blackhawks posted a 26-9 overall record and went 3-2 in Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) play in the2022-23 campaign.
