Wallkill HS, Team Northeast Guard Zoe Mesuch Commits to Navy Hoops

Class of 2024 Zoe Mesuch of Wallkill Senior High School (N.Y.) Girl’s basketball and Team Northeast has verbally committed to Division I United States Naval Academy Women’s basketball program, today she announced via Twitter.

In addition to the Navy offer, Mesuch held ones from Army West Point, Buffalo, Lafayette, FDU, Scared Heart, UMASS, Navy, Manhattan, St. Bonaventure, among others, per her Twitter account.

Mesuch averaged an impressive 22 points and six rebounds per game this past season, as the New York Sports Writers Assocation named the gifted 5-foot-6 guard to its All-State first team.

The Midshipmen posted a 1-29 mark and went 1-17 in Patriot League Conference action in the 2022-23 campaign.
