Hoosac School, Staten Island’s Brooklyn SanFelippo Commits to D2 Queens College Hoops


Staten Island native Brooklyn SanFelippo of Hoosac School (N.Y.) has verbally committed to Division II Queens College Women’s basketball program, today she Tweeted.

Brooklyn SanFelippo selects Queens College to study and play basketball in fall of 2024.

The class of 2024 6-foot-1 forward also had an offer from D2 College of Staten Island.

SanFelippo, who also played for the AAU NJ Demons, underwent left knee ACL and meniscus surgeries in early July but is working tirelessly on rehabbing the injuries and getting into shape for a return to the court in due course, per her Twitter account.

The Knights posted a 9-20 overall mark and went East Coast Conference action in the 2022-23 campaign.
