From California to Staten Island, Emma Rocha Commits to Wagner Softball

Emma Rocha is going to be traveling across the country to play the sport she loves while pursuing a college degree.

The class of 2024 Centennial High School (Calif.) and Batbusters Martin outfielder and catcher has verbally committed to Division I Wagner College Seahawks (Staten Island, N.Y.) softball program, today she said via X.

Emma Rocha is headed to Staten Island, N.Y., in the autumn of 2024.

The 5-foot-7 student-athlete owns a sweet, patient swing that allows her to hit to all fields. Rocha also sports decent speed, and a pretty strong arm behind the plate.

Rocha stroked a .326 average with one homer run, 19 RBI and 16 runs scored in 95 at bats in the 23 high school season, per MaxPreps.com.
