Orlando Magic guard Cole Anthony, a former star player at Archbishop Molloy High School in Queens, N.Y., today has agreed to a three-year, $39 million contract extension with the team, Jeff Schwartz and Javon Phillips of Excel Basketball tell ESPN.
Excel Basketball is an industry-leading management and marketing agency for basketball talent.
A first round selection, 15th overall, of the Magic in the 2020 NBA Draft, Anthony, who also attended Oak Hill Academy in Virginia and the University of North Carolina, averaged 13.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game in 60 contests last season.
Orlando opens up the 2023-24 campaign at home on Wednesday, October 25th, against the Houston Rockets.
