Colgate Men’s Hoops Lands Commitment from Ethan Brown

Class of 2024 Orangeville Prep (ON.) power forward Ethan Brown has committed to Division I Colgate University (N.Y.) Men’s basketball program, today Canadian basketball recruiting analyst Josh Millican announced via X.

A player with a high basketball acumen, the 6-foot-10 Peterborough, Canada, native had garnered plenty of D1 basketball interest. However, he picked Colgate, who play in the Patriot League Conference, in the end because of the positive relationship he formed with the coaching staff, the style of hoops they play, and the school’s high academic level it upholds, per Millican, who writes for TheMapleminute.com.

The Raiders are off to a 3-3 start and will host Binghamton on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.
