Delbarton School (N.J.) junior wide receiver Phillip Folmar has picked up his first Division I offer from the Boston College Eagles football program, yesterday he announced on X.
The 6-foot, 175-pound two-sport (baseball) athlete enjoyed a stellar season, catching 47 passes for 579 yards for four touchdowns. Folmar also rushed for 349 yards on 69 carries with eight scores.
The Green Wave made it all the way to the NJSIAA Final Round, Non-Public, Group A championship, where it fell to Bergen Catholic, 24-14.
Boston College posted a 6-6 overall record and 3-5 in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) action this past campaign.
