Morris Catholic Freshman Jax Edelman Receives D1 Providence Hoops Offer

Freshman guard/forward Jax Edelman of Morris Catholic High School (N.J.) has picked up an offer from Division I Providence College Women’s basketball program, today she wrote on X. It was the first hoops offer for 6-0 player.

Morris Catholic’s Jax Edelman gets college basketball love from D1 Providence.

One of the top 2027s in New Jersey High School girls’ hoops, Edelman has dropped in 83 points and grabbed 46 rebounds in 12 games thus far this season for the talent-loaded Crusaders. Moreover, as gifted as she is, Edelman, who also suits up for Rise as One AAU, sports a 4.0 GPA, according to her X profile.

ESPN HoopGurlz currently ranks Morris Catholic at No. 8 on its 2024 national high school girls’ basketball team listing.

The Frias are 8-10 and 2-3 Big East Conference action so far in 2023-24.
