As the winter gets colder, Madison High School (Brooklyn) 6-foot-3, 275-pound senior offensive/defensive lineman Tamel Morgan’s college football recruitment heats up.
Today, Morgan picked up his third offer from the University of New Haven Chargers football program, he wrote on X.
Additionally, Morgan holds two D2 offers from Post and American International College (AIC).
Madison head coach Tommy Salvato talked up Morgan before the season began, and he said that he is very confident that he will play at the next level when the time comes, given his size, talent and intangibles, of course.
“He’s a big kid, coachable, with a real nice demeanor,” Salvato said of Morgan in a Madison High Football 2023 season preview.
New Haven posted an 8-3 overall record and went 6-1 in Northeast 10 Conference play in 2023.
