It was an exciting day of action-packed New York City PSAL boy’s high school basketball Saturday at Queens College, as eight teams squared off for its respective borough’s public-school supremacy.

Brooklyn Borough Championship
Top-seeded Eagle Academy II (13-2 Brooklyn 4A-I) — 53, No. 2 South Shore (13-2 Brooklyn/Staten Island 4A-II) — 51
In a game that went down to the end, it took a miraculously shot from senior Jakai Sanders, as time expired on the clock, to give the Eagles the unbelievable victory and Brooklyn Basketball crown.
Sanders drained 20 points, dished out five assists and grabbed four rebounds, while junior Jeremiah Jacobs contributed 12 points and13 boards. Senior Ajani Flemming added nine points and seven rebounds.
Manhattan Borough Championship
Second-seeded Thurgood Marshall Academy (15-0 Manhattan 3A-I) — 45, No. 1 Murry Bergtraum (8-7 Manhattan/Bronx 4A) — 43
Bronx Borough Championship
No. 1 Eagle Academy (15-0 Manhattan Bronx 4A) — 63, No. 2 James Monroe (8-7 Manhattan/Bronx 4A) 54
Queens Borough Championship
Top-seeded Benjamin Cardozo (15-0 Queens 4A-I) 55, No. 3 High School for Construction (11-4 Queens 4A-II) – 43
Senior Joseph Ching led the Judges with 14 points, and Jordin Walker contributed 13 points in the championship win for Cardozo.
