Lincoln Football’s Xzaivion Betts Commits to D3 Buffalo State

Another PSAL football player is off the boards, as Brooklyn’s Abraham Lincoln High School cornerback Xzaivion Betts has verbally committed to Division III Buffalo State University football program, yesterday he wrote on X.

Additionally, Betts, a 6-foot-2, 170-pound senior, held offers from D-3 Utica, Husson University, Alfred State College and Wilkes University, according to his X account.

A lock down corner back for the Railsplitters, Betts possesses a solid nose for the football. He simply knew when to make a break on the football while in the air and when to make a move on the ball carrier for the tackle.

Lincoln posted a 6-2 mark and made it to the PSAL “4A” Conference semifinals.

The Bengals posted a 2-8 record and went 0-6 in State University of New York Athletic Conference in the 2023 campaign.
