SI FerryHawks Bring Back Brooklynite Christian Allegretti

The Staten Island FerryHawks of the independent Atlantic League have re-signed lefty Christian Allegretti, a Brooklyn native who played at Xaverian High School in Bay Ridge, today the team announced via X.

Allegretti, who suited up for Bryant University and St. Thomas Aquinas College for for years, spent 2023 with the FerryHawks before an injury curtailed his season.

Additionally, Allegretti played with the Aigles de Trois-Rivières of the Frontier League in 2022.

The 24-year-old earned the team Pitcher of the Year award as a junior at Xaverian, and he also played soccer at the high school.
