Class of 2024 guard Jaden Zimmerman of the New York Renaissance and Cushing Academy (Massachusetts) has verbally committed to Division I Quinnipiac University Men’s basketball program, today he announced on X.
In addition to the Quinnipiac offer, the former Eagle Academy for Young Men (Bronx, N.Y,) player held offers from Robert Morris, Manhattan, Northern Illinois, New Hampshire, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Hofstra, Indiana State, Bowling Green, among others, according to a source.
Zimmerman averaged 14.40 points, 6.13 boards and 3.4 assists per game in 15 PSAL contests with the Eagles in the 2022-23 season.
The Bobcats posted a 24-10 overall record and went 15-5 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) action in the 2023-24 campaign.
