Class of 2025 Brooks School (Mass.) and Middlesex Magic shooting guard Alex Wilkins has received an offer from Division I Albany Great Danes Men’s basketball program, yesterday his AAU team wrote on X.
Additionally, the 6-foot-5 Wilkins holds D-1 offers from UMBC, Northeastern, Siena, Towson, Fairfield, Miami of Ohio, Boston and Holy Cross, according to VerbalCommits.com.
Wikins averaged 18.5 points and 2.4 assists per game, while hitting 90.9 percent of his free throws, connecting on 39.6 percent from behind the arc and 46 percent from the field this past season as a junior.
The Great Danes posted a 13-19 overall record and went 5-11 in American East Conference (AEC) play in the 2023-24 campaign.
