Morris Catholic High School’s Tatianna Collins Commits to Manhattan College’s Women’s Basketball Program


Rising senior guard Tatianna Collins of Morris Catholic High School (N.J.) has verbally committed to Division I Manhattan College Women’s basketball program, today she announced on X.

In addition to the Jaspers’ offer, the 5-foot-10 Jersey City, N.J., native held an offer from Coppin State, among interest from other college basketball programs, per sources.

Collins, who also suits up for Hurban Legends of New Jersey, attended Hudson Catholic for the first two years of high school.

Collins poured in 152 points, grabbed 125 rebounds and made 43 steals in 27 games this past season with the Crusaders.

Morris Catholic were 2023 and 2024 N.J. Parochial-B State Champions, as well as a 2023 ESPN national state championship invitational-participant. Additionally, MaxPreps ranked the Crusaders No. 5 in the nation last high school basketball year.

Manhattan put up an 18-11 overall mark and went 11-9 in Metro Athletic Assocation Conference (MAAC) play in the 2023-24 campaign.
