The Trenton Thunder signed Japanese prospect Rintaro Sasaki, who opted to play for Stanford instead of the Nippon Professional Baseball League. With exceptional stats, he will debut in the MLB Draft League on Tuesday and play his first home game on Friday.
Abdrahaman Coulibaly, a rising senior at Avon Old Farms, received his first D-1 basketball offer from Rider University. The 6-foot-5 player, also part of BW Elite AAU squad, is from Philadelphia, Pa. Rider had a 15-17 record in 2023-24.
