Class of 2025 Millbrook High School (N.Y.) guard/forward Zoumana Traore has received an offer from Division I Albany University Great Dames Men’s basketball program, today he wrote via X.
In addition to the Albany offer, the 6-foot-8 New Yorker holds ones from Fairfield, Manhattan and Bryant, according to VerbalCommits.com.
Traore is a dunk machine, delivering jaw-dropping rim rockers with the best of them. The PSA Cardinal also owns a nice touch on his outside jumper and possesses the ability to slice and dice his way to hoop.
Traore helped lead Millbrook to the New York State Public High School Athletic Assocation (NYSPHSAA) C Regional Semifinals at Yorktown High School, a game in which they lost, 60-41, to Haldane High School last season.
The Great Danes posted a 13-19 overall mark and went 5-11 in America East Conference (AEC) play in the 2023-24 campaign.
