Morgan Kottka Verbally Commits to D-3 Swarthmore College Garnet Women’s Basketball Program

Morgan Kottka of Saint Thomas Aquinas High School and NJ United 17U Select has verbally committed Division III Swarthmore College Garnets Women’s basketball program, today she announced via X.

Morgan Kottka to join Swarthmore Women’s basketball after graduation.

The 5-foot-11 rising senior forward dropped in 36 points and grabbed 24 rebounds in 15 games played this past season.

Due to her length and athletic ability, Kottka is effective around the basket, keeping offensive players honest while rebounding well on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she sports a solid short- to mid-range jumper and is pretty much a sure thing around the hoop on lay-ups and put-backs.

Moreover, Kottka sports a 4.2 GPA.

Swarthmore College posted a 12-14 overall record and went 10-10 in Centennial Conference play during the 2023-24 campaign.
