Tessa Carman Verbal Commitment to Monmouth University Hawks Women’s Basketball

Class of 2025 Tessa Carman of Red Bank Catholic High School (N.J.) and Shoreshots AAU squad has verbally committed to Division I Monmouth University Hawks Women’s basketball program, today she announced on X.

Red Bank Catholic’s Tessa Carman picks Monmouth Hawks Women’s basketball.

“I really like coach Wetmore and connect with her,” she wrote on X. “I trust her”

The 5-foot-11 forward/guard Carman poured in 259 points, grabbed 219 rebounds, dished out 72 assists, made 28 steals and had 33 blocks in 31 games played for the Caseys in the 2023-24 season.

Carman’s excellent court vision sets her apart from the pack, not to mention she is one heck of an outside shooter. She can also drive to the hoop and finish in traffic.

Defensively, Carman’s long arms allow her to clog up the paint and swat balls away from offensive players looking for the bucket.

The Hawks posted a 22-10 overall mark and went 14-4 in Costal Athletic Assocation (CAA) play in the 2023-24 campaign.
