St. Thomas Aquinas’ Leah Crosby Verbally Commits to FDU Knights


St. Thomas Aquinas High School and United NJ 17U National class of 2025 stretch forward Leah Crosby has verbally committed to Farleigh Dickinson University (FDU) Knights Women’s basketball program, today she announced on X.

The 6-foot-1 Crosby also held an offer from Fordham and had interest from other programs.

Crosby played with Rutgers Prep last season, scoring 257 points, grabbing 201 rebounds and making 34 steals in 29 games.

As for her defensive abilities, Crosby is usually tasked with guarding the other team’s best offensive players, and she has proven she can handle the difficult duty. She has made a total of 119 steals and 61 blocks in three years of high school hoops.

FDU posted a 14-17 overall mark and went 11-5 in Northeast Conference (NEC) action in the 2023-24 campaign.
