Former New Yorker and Seattle Prep’s Multi-Sport Star Grace Renners Commits to Cornell Hoops


New York City-born and Seattle Prep’s Grace Renners has committed to the admissions process at Cornell University to study and play for the school’s Division I Women’s basketball program, yesterday she announced on X, formerly Twitter.

Renners, a 6-foot-2 versatile senior wing and two-sport star, also suited up for FBC United West Coast GUAA 17U AAU hoops squad.

Additionally, Renners, who can play all five basketball positions, holds Seattle Prep’s track & field discuss record with a throw of 114 feet.

The Big Red posted a 7-19 overall record and went 1-13 in Ivy League Conference action during the 2023-24 campaign.
