Class of 2027 Lawrence Central High School (Ind.) wing Kenneth Lampley lll has received an offer from Division I Rutgers University Men’s basketball program, he recently wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
The Rutgers’ offer was the first for the 6-foot-6, 180-pound Lampley, who also suits up for the AAU Indy Heat — Gym Rats, and is an honor roll student, according to his X account.
Lampley checks off all the boxes for a complete baller. He owns a fantastic outside jumper, goes up for the rebound and grabs the ball with serious intent, and passes and plays defense well, using his long arms to disrupt opposing offenses.

The Scarlet Knights posted a 15-17 overall record and went 7-13 in Big 10 Conference action in the 2023-24 season.
However, their incoming freshman class is one of the strongest in the nation.
