Class of 2026 Ethan Johnston of The Hill School (Pa.) and NY Rens Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) has picked up an offer from Seton Hall Men’s basketball program, today he wrote on X, once known as Twitter.
In addition to the Pirates’ offer, the 6-foot-6 guard holds offers from UPenn and Fordham, plus interest from Notre Dame, Davidson, Xavier, Virginia, Penn State, Marquette, Northwestern, Villanova, among other programs, according to sources.
Johnston, a versatile player, is a basketball machine, skying high to deliver thunderous dunks. Furthermore, he is nearly unstoppable once he gets momentum towards the basket. Plus, Johnston owns a nice long-range jumper and is excellent on the defensive end of the floor. His star is rising and shining bright.
Seton Hall posted a 25-12 overall mark and went 13-7 in Big East Conference action in the 2023-24 campaign. Moreover, the Pirates captured the NIT championship with a 79-77 win over Indiana State this past season.
