Class of 2025 Savannah Seawell of Montclair High School (N.J.) and United NJ AAU squad has verbally committed to Division III Emory Women’s basketball program, today she announced via X, formerly known as Twitter.
Seawell, a talented center/forward, enjoyed a fantastic 2023-24 high school campaign, as she drained a team-best 430 points (17.9 points per game) and grabbed 292 rebounds (12.2 rebounds per game) while making 41 steals in 24 contests.
The Mounties put up a 14-11 mark this past year, while the Eagles posted a 19-7 overall record and went 9-5 in University Athletic Assocation (UAA) action in the 2023-24 season.
