Division I Siena College Women’s basketball has offered freshman Hailey Benbow of Rutgers Prep (N.J.) and Jersey Gemz Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL), yesterday she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Benbow also holds an offer from Southern Methodist University (SMU), per her X account.
There is a lot to be excited about when it comes to Benbow. First, she is young and holds a lot of potential due to the huge development area and learning curve ahead of her.
Also, the 5-foot-9 shooting guard/small forward is known for her aggressiveness when attacking the hoop, as well as her strength, allowing her to finish on the regular. The gifted player also sports a 6-foot-1 wingspan, something that should help her snatch rebounds.
