Class of 2026 New Rochelle High School’s (N.Y.) and Team Lightning Melious AAU guard Stella Ziogas opened up the season with a bang, scoring 19 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, dishing out six assists and making six steals Monday night.
At just a junior, the 5-foot-6 Ziogas has already garnered several Division I offers from the likes of Rider, McNeese State, Sacred Heart, FDU, Weber State, Nichols State, Chicago State, among interest from other programs, according to her AAU coach Dan Melious.
In addition to her offensive prowess, including her light outs shooting ability, Ziogas is a solid defender with great leadership skills.
