It’s Tiffy Time!
After making her WWE debut a little over three years ago, Tiffany Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank suitcase contract on WWE’s Friday Night Smackdown and climbed to the top rope and delivered her “prettiest moonsault ever” move, her signature finisher, on a supine Nia Jax, who beat Namoi beforehand.
After a 1-2-3 pin, the ref raised Stratton’s hand, as she became Smackdown’s new Women’s Champion, much to the crowd’s delight.
Stratton, whom professional wrestling legend Greg Gagne trained, captured the NXT Women’s Championship once.
Known as Jessica Woynilko outside the ring, Stratton participated in trampoline gymnastics for several years, and graduated from St. Catherine University in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
She has also competed in bodybuilding and weightlifting before embarking on a career as a pro wrestler.
It looks as if the 25-year-old Stratton could be headed for a nice title run, as she possesses all the necessary skills to be a great champion.
