Susan Wagner High School (Staten Island, N.Y.) and AAU Team Lightning Melious junior Casey McKinney put up an impressive double-double of 20 points and 15 rebounds in a Public School Athletic League (PSAL) Girl’s basketball win over Manhattan’s Laguardia High School yesterday at home.
McKinney added three blocks and four assists in the Falcons’ victory.
At 6-foot-1, her size and skill have permitted her to dominate down low and score points and grab several rebounds.
McKinney has helped pace Wagner to a 3-4 PSAL record, as well as being 5-1 in non-league action thus far in the 2024-25 campaign.
The Falcons return to action, as they host Manhattan’s Graphics Campus on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
