Ranney School’s MeSean Williams Receives Division I Offer from Northern Illinois Hoops


Class of 2025 Ranney School (N.J.) Boy’s basketball guard MeSean Williams has received an offer from Division I Northern Illinois Men’s hoops program, yesterday he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The Huskies’ offer was the first for the 5-foot-7 dynamic player, according to VerbalCommits.com.

Williams, a scorer with a slick handle, has drained 152 points (19 points per game), grabbed 24 rebounds and made 19 steals in eight contests played so far during the 2024-25 campaign.

Northern Illinois is 4-12 overall and 0-4 in Mid-American Conference (MAC) action thus far this season. The Huskies host Central Michigan Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
