Stella Ziogas, a New Rochelle HS Guard and Siena College Commit, Goes off Against Mount Veron in Hoops Win

It looks like Siena College Women’s basketball program knew what it was doing when it offered New Rochelle High School (N.Y.) junior guard Stella Ziogas, who, in turn, recently committed to the Saints.

A testament to the type of player she is, Ziogas, who also suits up for Team Lightning Melious AAU squad, poured in 35 points, severed eight assists, grabbed seven rebounds and made seven steals in a nice victory over Mount Veron Friday night.

The 5-foot-6 Ziogas balled out this past week, as she averaged 33.5 points, 6.5 assists, six boards, and 6.5 steals per game.
