Moberly Area CC’s Ade Popoola Picks Up Offers from Iona and Toledo

Iona and Toledo Men’s basketball programs offered class of 2025 Moberly Area Community College (MO) forward Ade Popoola, yesterday he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Additionally, the 6-foot-5, 200-pound Popoola holds offers from Western Kentucky, UMass, Long Beach State, UAB, Sam Houston State, Radford, Lindenwood, among other offers, per VerbalCommits.com.

Popoola, who attended Parkway North High School in St. Louis County, Missouri, averaged 19.4 points, 9.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists 27 games so far this this season.

He is currently the No. 11 ranked JUCO player.

Moberly Area Community College is 24-4 overall and 12-1 Missouri Community College Athletic Conference (MCCAC) action through 27 contests.

Iona is 12-15 overall and 9-7 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) play so far in the 2024-25 campaign.
