Thurgood Marshall Academy High School basketball (N.Y.) routed Wagner (7-7), 81-59, behind senior guard Ahmad Torrence‘s 25 points and nine assists, while 2026 guard Julian Harris contributed 22 points and seven helpers in its Sweet 16 round boy’s Public School Athletic League (PSAL_ city tournament Friday night at home.
Junior guard Eric Bush added 17 points and seven rebounds, and senior forward Abdou Mazou added 10 points, eight boards and six blocks in the victory.
The Panthers (11-3) square off against Monroe (10-4) at 5:00 p.m. in the PSAL’s Elite 8 Tuesday night at home.
