Chris Rubayo, a former Lafayette forward and Montgomery High School (N.J.) alum, has entered the transfer portal, yesterday VerbalCommits.com wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Rubayo, a senior, averaged 2.5 points per game in four games played in the 2024-25 campaign.
As a junior at Lafayette, the 6-foot-10, 235 pound Skillman N.J. averaged 4.8 points, and 2.6 rebounds per contest, shooting 62-of-127 (.488) from the floor and went 4-for-10 (.400) from three-point land.
Rubayo, a captain as senior and junior, guided Montgomery to the 2019 Skyland Conference Raritan Division championship, averaging 11.2 points, 6.4 boards, and 2.2 blocks per game.
