On Saturday, April 12th, Pump, an Aerosmith tribute band, will be celebrating the band’s 50th-year anniversary of their album “Toys in the Attic, which it released on April 8th, 1975, at Manhattan’s Iridium (1650 Broadway). The show starts at 8:00 p.m.
The album features hits such as “Sweet Emotion,” which hit 36 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, and “Walk This Way,” which made it all the way to No. 10.
Pump will be playing the aforementioned tunes, as well as “Big Ten Inch Record,” “Uncle Salty,” “Toys in the Attic,” and the rest of the album in its entirety.
Pump features founder and bass player Frank Tassielli, lead singer Mike Castella, Tom Collier on lead/rhythm guitars, Jason Perillo on lead/rhythm guitars and keyboards and Rich Savarese on drums.
