Every time you turn around, Tylik Weeks, a 6-foot-7, 235-pound New Yorker, picks up a new offer, as is the case after Division I Kent State University Men’s program offered the class of 2025 Southwest Mississippi Community College (Miss.) forward, today he wrote on X.

Weeks played in all 30 games, 28 of which were starts, for the Bears as a freshman.
He averaged 17.2 points and 8.2 rebounds–both second on his squad–to go along with 2.1 assists and 1.3 blocks per contest. Weeks earned a MACCC Second Team All-Conference honor and was named a Fab 50 freshman.
Weeks attended Brooklyn Theater Arts High School at South Shore in Brooklyn, where he averaged 7.7 points and 7.25 rebounds in 12 regular season PSAL games. In the playoffs, he added 19 points in seven tilts.
