Aniya Hooker, a Lynnwood, Washington State, native, will be traveling back West to attend and play for Division I Santa Clara Women’s basketball program, today the Siena College (N.Y.) transfer announced on X. She owns three years of college basketball playing eligibility remaining.
A 5-foot-8 combo guard, Hooker averaged 6.0 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.4 steals in 29.6 minutes per game this past season with the Saints.
Before college, Hooker starred at Lynnwood High School (Wash.), where she drained over 1,000 career points at the school. She was ranked the No. 5 combo guard in Washington.
Hooker also suited up for AAU Team Stuck 360.
The Broncos posted a 14-17 overall record and went 8-12 in West Coast Conference action in the 2024-25 season.
