Former Richmond forward/center Ryan Soulis is transferring to Division I Columbia Men’s basketball program, today he announced on X.
The 6-foot-10, 215-pound Athens, Greece, native appeared in 20 contests, averaging 1.8 points, 1.0 rebounds, and 0.5 assists per game with the Spiders this past season.
In high school, Soulis averaged 12 points per game in his lone season at Asheville School in Asheville, N.C., in 2022-23.
Coming from a basketball lineage, Soulis’ father, Vasilis suited up for a total of eight professional hoop seasons–seven in the Greek Basket League, one in EuroLeague.
The Lions posted 12-15 record and went 1-13 in Ivy League Conference play in the 2024-25 campaign.
