Giada ‘G’ Celetti of Saddle River Day School (N.J.) and Team Lightning Melious has picked up an offer from Division III Meredith College Women’s basketball program, today her AAU coach, Dan Melious wrote on X.
The 6-foot-1 small forward/power forward is coming off a fantastic weekend in which she dropped a double-double of 11 points and 10 boards and also made five blocks in a win versus Lady Attack Elite (N.C.) on Sunday at the Beast of the East AAU Tournament. Celetti, a rising senior, also has a double-double of 12 points and 11 boards on Saturday.
Celetti drained 112 points, grabbed 149 rebounds, and made 23 blocks in 24 games played this past New Jersey girls high school season.
The Avenging Angels posted an 8-17 overall record and went 5-11 in USA South Conference action in the 2024-25 campaign.
