Zoey E. Henry of West York High School (Pa.) and Team Lightning Melious AAU squad has earned an offer from Division I Ft. Lauderdale Women’s basketball program, today her AAU coach Dan Melious wrote on X.
The 5-foot-9 Henry is an elite passer with the skill and moves to get to the basket on the regular, finishes with craftiness, defends well, and can shoot from beyond the arc.
She is also an solid track & field runner, competing in the 100-meter and 200-meter races, and has played soccer and lacrosse, as well.
If that is not good enough, Henry is a distinguished honor student.
The Eagles posted a 2-18 overall record in the 2024-25 campaign.
