Stella Ziogas Bust Through with 33 Points in Team Lightning AAU Hoops Victory

Stella Ziogas (New Rochelle High School/N.Y.) did what she does best: score points and take over games when the need arises, which it did in the second half, as it was back-and-forth tilt up until then.

Ziogas drained 33 points, helping Team Lightning Melious defeat Team Miller today in AAU action. The 5-foot-6 dynamic rising senior guard, who is committed to Siena, added eight rebounds, 10 assists, six steals, and two blocks.

Plus, rising senior forward Giada Celetti (Saddle River/N.J.) contributed a double-double of 17 points, 18 rebounds, with six rejections, while Maria Ribeiro (Hendrick Hudson High School/N.Y.) added eight points, 11 boards, five thefts, and two blocks in the victory.

Overall, it was a great showing for Team Lightning.
