Sidney HS’s Nayla Miley Picks Up D3 Scranton Women’s Basketball Offer

Nayla Miley, a 5-foot-10 class of 2026 Sidney High School (N.Y.) and NY Havoc guard/wing, has earned an offer from highly-ranked Division III Scranton Women’s basketball program, yesterday she wrote on X.

Miley also holds offers from D2 Holy Family and D3 SUNY Oneonta, according to her X account.

Miley is a versatile player who can score from several different spots on the floor. Her size and her athletic ability are big advantages for her, as they often help her catch defenses off its game.

As good as Miley is on the hardwood, she also sparkles in the classroom, sporting a 4.0 GPA.

Scranton posted an amazing 29-2 overall record and went 17-1 in Landmark Conference action in the 2024-25 campaign. The Royals made it all the way to the NCAA D3 Elite 8 Championship, losing, 81-77, to University of Wisconsin-Stout.
