Hailey Benbow, a 5-foot-9 rising sophomore shooting guard/small forward out of Rutgers Prep in New Jersey, has earned an offer from Division I Penn State Women’s basketball, today she wrote on X.
Additionally, Benbow, who also suits up for the Jersey Gemz EYBL 16U AAU squad, holds offers from Alabama, Texas A&M, Siena, Southern Methodist, Arizona State, Villanova, TCU, Miami, among others, per her X account.
With a ton of game underneath her belt, Benbow’s rocket has taken flight into outer space, and the stratosphere is the limit for this talented star.
She dropped in 209 points, grabbed 99 rebounds, and made 31 steals in 27 high school games played as a freshman this past season.
The Nittany Lions put up a 10-19 overall record and went 1-17 in Big 10 Conference action in the 2024-25 campaign.
